[Plugin: Q and A – FAQ Plugin] Messes with other plugins

I use (among others) the plugins: Yet another related post and Where did they go from here. Both these plugins add at the end of notes and pages.
With version .21 had no problem. It added at the end of the FAQ.
With version .22 it intercalated at every category I have on the main FAQ page
