[Plugin: Q and A – FAQ Plugin] FAQs initially display as expanded rather than collapsed

I was having trouble with the FAQs displaying as expanded (showing both the question and answer) rather than collapsed, but you could then click on the question to collapse the answer (i.e., the functionality seemed to be backwards vs. what users expect).

I had originally renamed my wp-content folder (mysite-content). When I used Inspect element in Chrome, I saw that the .css wasn’t being found in the expected location. So, I created a new wp-content folder and added a new folder for plugins and within it a new folder for q-and-a (in other words, wp-admin\plugins\q-and-a). I then copied the q-and-a.css file that was located in mysite-content\plugins\q-and-a into the new folder.
