[Plugin: Q and A – FAQ Plugin] Don't see F.A.Q

Hi! I’d like to use this plugin, but have a problem. I can’t see anything after I add [qa] shortcut.
I have several F.A.Q created. I create new page and insert shortcut [qa], but it seems it doesn’t work for me, as I don’t see anything. Could you please help me. Where is a problem?..
