@etech0 in the page you provided NextGen is not even loaded, and the two jQuery I see come from Google (YouTube) and from Flexslider.

So I”m having this issue with a FancyBox, and the issue stopped when I disabled your plugin. FancyBox told me to contact you.

The issue is on this page: https://goinspire.com/test-page/

There’s a button that pops up a form. When I fill out the form and click Submit, when I click the X in the corner of the popup form, it doesn’t go away. This issue went away when I disabled your plugin, so FancyBox said I should be in touch with you.

They also told me that it might be an issue of jQuery.

Do you have any ideas about this?

    THanks!

@etech0 I’m not the plugin author, I’m a member like you.
That jQuery(function(){}); in the header in your test page doesn’t come from Nextgen.
Who are you referring to when you talk about FancyBox?
I can’t fix the conflict between the two, but when you talk about a specific plugin you should put a link, “fancy box” is too much generic.
And in this moment the issue isn’t visible, you don’t have NGG activated now so I can’t see nothing wrong.

@etech0 – As @tizz said, the information you are providing is very generic so it is very difficult to make any suggestions at this time … although you might look at trying our latest beta release.

You can find more information about the beta here: https://www.nextgen-gallery.com/nextgen-gallery-latest-beta/

    Thanks!

@tizz – sorry about mistaking you for the author – my mistake!

Anyways, there is no gallery on that page, but I just tested it again, and on that page in the popup box (which is made with Easy FancyBox https://status301.net/wordpress-plugins/easy-fancybox/), there’s an issue of when you fill out the box and then try to X it, it won’t go away. As soon as I deactivate your plugin NGG, that issue disappears. So it must be something with your plugin. Do you have any idea what it could be?

    Thank you very much!

@etech0 – If you prefer to use that Lightbox Effect, did you try setting under Gallery > Other Options > Lightbox Effects … no Lightbox?

Thanks for your reply. I just tried that, and still no luck. Any other ideas?

@etech0 – I just visited this page https://goinspire.com/test-page/ and I am not seeing NextGEN Gallery loaded at the moment, yet I am still seeing the issue you are describing … could it be your theme?

Have you tried a default WordPress Twenty series theme to see if the issue is there as well? Perhaps another plugin is creating a conflict?

I’m pretty sure it’s this plugin, because the issue disappears as soon as I deactivate the plugin. I’m going to try switching themes and let you know.

Interesting – in the 2011 theme, the issue persists. You can see that here: https://dev.goinspire.com/test-page/ (It’s my dev site)
    Any ideas? Thanks!

Just wondering if you can help me – I see this issue that goes away every time I deactivate your plugin. Can you advise?
    Thanks!

@etech0 – Does this issue persist if you use our latest beta version? See this page for more information: https://www.nextgen-gallery.com/nextgen-gallery-latest-beta/

Cool – that fixed it. Thanks loads!!!!!!

    I have been trying to log on to my site but have been displaying this message below;
Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/impactwi/public_html/wp-content/plugins/twitter/widget_twitter_vjck.php:171) in /home/impactwi/public_html/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 679

I have tried it severally to log on even to the back office (wordpress dashboard) but it keeps displaying the same message so I hadn’t access nw. What do I do urgently to rectify this problem please. my site is https://www.impactwithvicky.com/wp-admin

@veektorious Your issue has nothing to do with this resolved topic and most of all you are in the wrong forum, so you should ask for any subsequent help in the support of the plugin causing that error and in the meantime deactivate that plugin via FTP by renaming its own folder.

PS: These are forum of volunteers, urgency doesn’t exist.
