Plugin purchased and patch installed but does not work after updating

we recently purchased your plugin to manage the gallery of the company website, we installed the key and everything worked perfectly, unfortunately after the last update has lost part of the CSS from the settings and on the back end shows us a button with the following text : “+ Additional Functionality available in Pro version”, which links us to the purchase of the plugin, how can we solve the problem?
