[Plugin: ProPlayer] Audio not playing

I’ve uploaded a .mov file and tried using proplayer to embed in a post. Video played, but not audio. The original file played fine on my computer. I cannot rule out that there was an issue when the file was uploaded to the server, but is there any other issue or setting that may have caused this?
