[Plugin: Propel] Can tasks be exported?

Is there a way at this time to export tasks from any given project to a .csv file? Also, I’ve seen mention of “assigning” projects or tasks to someone. Is that accomplished with the ‘author’ or ‘owner’ tickboxes somehow?
