[Plugin: Promotion Slider] Adding promotion slider strips all p tags from page

    When I add [promoslider] to my page, all of the copy on the page loses its <p> tags. It’s all lumped in one paragraph, even when I try double spaces, manually entering tags, etc…

    If remove the slider shortcode, the copy is formatted just fine. Add the shortcode back, p tags are gone again.

    Do you have any idea why this is happening?

    For starters, lets do a little debugging to be sure there isn’t some strange interaction between the Promotion Slider plugin and your theme or one of your other plugins. Take a look at this troubleshooting guide and complete steps 3 and 4.

    Thank you. Once I removed the remove wpautop from the functions.php it worked. I’m not sure if that’s was necessary, but it worked and didn’t seem to mess anything else up, so for now I’m good. Thank you!
