[Plugin: Projekktor Video Tag Extension] Feature Request: support for YouTube multiple bitrates

It would be great to be able to select bitrates for videos originating from youtube, in the same way as the YouTube player offers (dropdown), particularly as your plugin seems to fallback on a low quality version.
