[Plugin: ProjectManager] Fatal Error after install version 3.0.3 / 3.0.4

After installing and activating projetcmanager version 3.0.3 i get this fatal error:
Fatal error: Call to a member function add_cap() on a non-object in /var/www/web199/html/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/projectmanager/projectmanager.php on line 399.
i tried version 3.0.4 and get the same message.
