Plugin problem with Internet Explorer

  • Hi,

    When I activate the Yith whislist free plugin the website (I use GetBowtied Merchant template) stops functioning in Internet Explorer 11, only the menu is visisble. Also when I view demo https://merchandiser.getbowtied.com/ in IE 11 it also shows only menu. Other elements on the page are renderd but everything is white.

    I have only activated getbowties plugin, woocommerce, yith whislist free and WPBakery Visual Composer together with GetBowtied Merchant template. I have contacted Hetbowtied but they are not responding.

    Do you have any idea why this is happenning?

    I just checked with IE 11 the demo site you linked, and I don’t think this problem is realted to our Wishlist plugin

    Indeed, I think there is some sort of transition not properly working on IE, and for this reason the entire content of the page remains transparent

    My suggestion is to add some line of custom css, to force content opacity

    .page-wrapper{
  opacity: 1!important;
}
