    Hi,

We have a problem when using your plugin with horizontal layout and logged in to WP with an account that is not administrator. In those conditions the plugin JS don’t work and we only see one item and no sliding animation.
We are using Elementor 3.25.10 (but we also saw the problem on 3.24.2) and version 1.6.2 of your plugin.
We also just deployed a empty WordPress with “Hello Elementor”, Elementor and your plugin and we can experience the same problem.

Can you please check what’s happening?

    Thank you very much.

    Best Regards

    Hello!

We are also facing a similar issue when using your plugin with?horizontal layout?but this time only as far as we can tell when logged in WP with an admin account. Similar to as described above, the plugin JS doesn’t work and we only see one item and no sliding animation. When browsing the page while logged out or as a user with lower priviledges it works fine. We are using Elementor Version 3.25.10 and Version 1.6.3 of your plugin.

Any ideas of something we can do on our part to address this issue?

    Thank you in advance,

    Kind regards

    Michalis

    Hi!

We reopen the ticket because the problem reported by @masimoglou is happening to us.

We took some time to report (and reopen the ticket) because our problem is a bit different as the rest of the page also don’t load (and we have been investigating to give a better report). Because we have lot’s of delayed animations, when the JS crash, they don’t fire and the page stays empty (except the bugged timeline). This only happen when logged in with administrator permissions. With lower permissions or not logged in, everything loads fine!

    Also in console we have:

Uncaught TypeError: can't access property "handlers", elementorModules.frontend is undefined

    and

Uncaught TypeError: can't access property "tools", elementorModules.frontend is undefined

Thank you in advance for any help!

    Best Regards,
    André
