Plugin (Pro Version) doesn’t work for Multistore

  • The FG Magento to WooCommerce plugin in PRO Version doesn’t work for Multistores although this is specially described for multistore. According to FG Support we should add many plugins additionally (Customer Groups from FG, Custom Order Status, WPML). This was never communicated before purchasing.

    The Support means: The Premium version is working with a standard installation of Magento and a standard installation of WordPress and WooCommerce.
    What ??? Your Description for Pro Version on your product page explains the following: It is compatible with multisite installations.

    I feel really deceived. I have now reclaimed my payments and I hope you give us our money back.

    This might be a misunderstanding.
    The plugin is working well with multistores and multisites installations without using any other add-ons.
    Please submit a ticket on https://www.fredericgilles.net/support/ and give us as many details as possible and some screenshots showing the problem.
