• I am using PrintFriendly on a localhost setup primarily for the PDF output option. I already have a print stylesheet for the post pages when a standard printed version is needed (without PrintFriendly). I am wondering if there is anyway to style the output that is sent to the PDF file format. The standard format works okay for what I am trying to do, but I would like to make it look sharper since these PDF versions of the post pages will be used as reports.

    Thanks for any help with this!

  • Hi this is Taylor from PrintFriendly.

    You make a really good point. If you already have a print.css, we should abide by it.

    We are going to build this in and launch in the near future.

    Thanks for the suggestion!

    Taylor – Thanks for your quick reply. I’m really looking forward to the changes. Please post here when the update is available. This will add a great feature to my content management WordPress setup. Thanks!!!

    Hi Taylor!

    We would like to simply add our logo to the top of the printout. Any thoughts on doing this? Kind of like a masthead. We use WordPress as a News Service. Just found your plugin, can not believe that we never looked before today.

    Hi printfriendly team!

    Could you please remove the float:left on images or make it optional? It messes up entire layouts. Or maybe include an option to use your own print.css.

    Kind regards

    @curtislow Thanks for the suggestion.

    I’ll look into alternatives to floating images. Or, this will be resolved with custom styles that we’re launching in the future.

    What’s the URL of page that’s getting messed?
