Plugin Price Input is Gone

    Im with the latest versions of the plugin, woocommerce and wordpress.

    The price input is gone, not even invisible, just gone.

    Hi @rangelrmorais,

    Can you please double check you are using WooCommerce Wholesale Prices by Rymera Web Co?

    We thoroughly test with all latest version of WooCommerce and WordPress and have no reports of similar so I’m thinking if you are using our plugin, then it must be a conflict with another plugin or theme.

    Few steps for you to trouble shoot this:

    1. Check your PHP error log for errors. This might point you to the problem. If there are any “Notices” that could halt execution and stop other plugins (such as ours from executing).

    2. Check you are on PHP 5.6+ on your server. This is required by us and also by WooCommerce. Versions below are not guaranteed to work. You can check this under WooCommerce->System Status in your dashboard.

    3. Lastly, if it is a plugin/theme conflict please disable all other plugins other than ours and WooCommerce and also change your theme to one of the default themes (like TwentySeventeen) to see if the issue goes away.

    If it does, reactivate your theme and plugins one by one, testing in between, until you find the problem.

    Hi @jkohlbach, yes, im using the Rymera Web Co version!

    1 – yes, i’ll check it
    2 – Is the latest version( 7 )
    3 – I’ll do some tests on a locahost ambient with the same plugins and test if there is any other plugin that is interfering with the wholesales prices, then i update here!
