Plugin prevents WooCommerce app from working

    Hi! For about a week I was getting errors on WooCommerce app “Error fetching orders”, “Error fetching data”, so basically couldn’t use an app anymore. I have deactivated all plugins one by one and seems to be Shield Security is causing an issue. What to do? I am using my app on Android 14.

    You can try disabling User Session Lock options?detailed here.

    Hi, could I ask, what version of the WooCommerce app, and woocommerce plugin are you using? We’d like to understand a bit more why this wasn’t working..

    Hi Paul!

    After I have disabled user session lock options today, I have upgraded the plugin to version 19.0.7. And it was the latest version before that.

    I have the latest version of WooCommerce – 8.5.2.

    My WooCommerce app version is 17.1 and it is running on Android 14.

    The latest order fetched before I started to get an error was from 6th of February, if this information helps.
