    Hi There!

My WordFence scans have halted on my site and I’m trying to figure out what’s going on. It seems to keep stopping at this same exact spot:

    [Jun 29 23:26:52] Notice: Undefined index: sonaar-music-pro/sonaar-music-pro.php in /var/www/wp-content/plugins/sonaar-music-pro/admin/class-sonaar-music-pro-admin.php on line 370 ———————————————- V.3.

I’ve reached out to the developer of the plugin above as well but am still waiting for a response. If I disable the plugin, the scans complete successfully.

Any help you could offer is greatly appreciated!

    Thank you,

    John

Hi @husoj, thanks for getting in touch and explaining the error you’re seeing.

The notice itself shouldn’t have cause the Wordfence scan to fail, but it’s possible the Sonaar Music Pro plugin causes another error that might appear in your PHP or server error logs. It may intentionally exit when conditions don’t match exactly what it expects, which we can’t prevent from our end.

You might need to temporarily disable “Scan for out of date, abandoned, and vulnerable plugins, themes, and WordPress versions” in Wordfence > All Options > Scan Options > General Options, so the rest of the scan can complete until you’re able to get assistance from the plugin author.

    Thanks,

    Peter.

    Hi @wfpeter !

Thank you so much for this helpful information. Disabling that option did help with our scanning. We are going to follow up with the developer of the plugin.

    Thanks again!

    John
