I’m selling LearnPress courses, and I’m using LearnPress Woo Add-on to add them to products.

When I installed your subscription plugin, I obviously had to check enable subscriptions. But then a student/user told me she could no longer access the course.

I logged in as her and when I went to My Courses, clicked on the course she’s enrolled in and used a Woo product to get, it said “You have not purchased a subscription.”

I can’t understand why the plugin is interfering with 1) a product that is not a subscription one and 2) access to a LearnPress course.

    Regards,

This is could be due to either a glitch (pause and reactivate the LP-order) or a status of pending cancellation, which LP reads as “cancelled”. At least this is the case with the woo-subscription plugin.

@thesuss thanks for weighing in, but everything’s fine with the LearnPress orders because actually I’m using the LearnPress WooCommerce add-on. I think there’s a conflict between the add-on and this plugin that’s preventing access to old user’s courses.

Unfortunately, the customer service team was not very helpful, especially since they didn’t seem to understand my description of the problem, so I’m looking for another solution.

I also use the LearnPress WooCommerce add-on. I needed to pause and reactivate said LP-orders for them to get access.

Oh, but yes, I also misread your question the first time around.
    Sorry.
