[Plugin: Preserve Code Formatting] Preserve embed tag being transformed into object

Hi i am trying to prevent wordpress from reformatting the embed tag pointing to a pdf to a flash object.

the plugin however does not prevent this.

To bad. i had hoped i had found the solution.

Can you help me out on this?

wordpress alters the code completely.
