[Plugin: Preserve Code Formatting] Preserve code formatting plugin doesn’t work inside SyntaxHighlig

I have some code here using SyntaxHighlighter Evolved

with this url:

Looking with Firebug, it creates html encoding whereas I don’t want to because I read this page with another program and if url is encoded it doesn’t work.

So I install preserve code formatting plugin but it doesn’t seem to work with Syntaxhighlighter Evolved
