Hey, wanted to say thanks for the great work on this! This has been exactly what we needed for our site. I did have a question though, as you can see from the subject.

I have a few posts that are currently marked as ‘private’ since I didn’t want them appearing on the site right now (they’re from a much earlier version, but I want to keep them around to revise or work on later). Unfortunately they show up when using this tool. Is there any way to hide them? Or even a way to display everything *except* ones marked with a certain category? I even went as far as to try a != operator in the shortcode, but that didn’t seem to work either. lol

Anyway, thanks in advance for your help!

    Hey subroutine,

Thanks for your post and such a great question re: private posts.

We hadn’t encountered this situation before, so I appreciate your pointing it out. I’ll run it by our developer to see what we can do and get back to you shortly.

    Cheers,
    Eric

    Howdy subroutine,

Thanks again for pointing this out. Our developer has added a fix for this and we’ll be publishing it later on today after we’ve had a chance to test it.

I’ll post again when it’s updated.

    Cheers,
    Eric

    Hey Subroutine,

I just committed version 1.0.10, which includes a fix so that private posts are not included in the loop you create with the Posts in Page shorttag.

Thanks again for pointing this out. ??

    Cheers,
    Eric

Wow, thanks so much for moving on that so quickly! Kudos to your developer! I’ll be updating in just a little bit to try it out.

    Thanks again!
