[Plugin: Posts 2 Posts] Add connections via csv import?

  • Hey Scribu,

    I’m using the csv import plugin to generate my posts, be they destinations, employees, projects, etc., etc. What I’d like to know is if you can think of a way to include the connection information in the csv? Have you, or anyone else, tried this? I will also ask the csv importer author about this. Thanks in advance.

  • You can do it throught PHPmyAdmin if you know the post ids.
    What I have done in the past is to use excel and through a VLOOKUP funtion associated the name to the post id. Once finished, you can imported using the save as CSV in Excel.

    Hey guys, it’s been a while since this posting, but I’m curious if you ever figured out a way to import p2p connections? I can’t figure out how to do it … let me know what you found out. I’ve tried through PHPmyAdmin, but not sure what fields to import in order to make the connections. Thanks.
