[Plugin: post-type-convertr] Post types converted but not taxonomies

Hi, Awesome plugin! Easily converted a couple of post types to other post types, but can not convert taxonomies. Trying to convert ‘category’ to a custom taxonomy called ‘industry’, and a different custom taxonomy to ‘category’. Any ideas why it might not be working? All taxonomies appear in the pre-populated dropdowns. Thanks!
