[Plugin: Post Teaser] Reading time listed as 3:0 rather than 3:00

I’ve noticed that one of my recent posts (“Playing Daggerfall, Savage Worlds Style” at JourneymanGM.com) has a Post Teaser link on the main page that says the following: “>>Read more (749 words, 1 image, estimated 3:0 mins reading time)”.
The reading time should be listed as 3:00, rather than 3:0.
