[Plugin: Post Notification] error with two warns

  • My wordpress version is 2.33, I installed this plugin and it display:

    PHP was compiled without iconv-libs. This might cause severe trouble using UTF-8 with special chars or umlauts. Most hosters support this, as it is a sensible php-extension. More information.
    This version of PHP does not support the function mb_detect_encoding. You might experience some trouble with non-ASCII characters. Most hosters support this, as it is a sensible php-extension. More information.

    When I clicked the email of “List addresses”, it display:
    Warning: post_notification_page_content(/home/content/d/i/y/diysofa1/html/wp-content/plugins/post-notification//strings.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/content/d/i/y/diysofa1/html/wp-content/plugins/post-notification/frontend.php on line 94

    Can anyone tell me what I should to do next?
