[Plugin: Post Navigation Widget] Obnoxious spamming behaviour

I find this kind of out of proportions..

if these plugins where the best in the repository I would not make a big point out of this.. but the whole idea of open-source stuff is that you give people the freedom to pay you if they want..

Please change your requests for payment to something a bit more modest

The dashboard widget was one thing.. but putting a red link in the main menu and footer is spam straight up
