[Plugin: Post From Site] Remove New Category

Hi there!
The plug in is perfect; i use it on my blog to permit to the contributors to post new article;
but the question is:
I don’t want that contributors have the chance to create New Categories.
Is there a method to remove New Categories from the Form?
