[Plugin: Post From Site] Issues with filesize around 3Mb

I have enabled this plugin on my site. I had issues at first with images over 2MB. I have added a php.ini file to increase the size limit to 20MB. Since doing this, I noticed that is continues to have issues with images over 3Mb. When you submit the image, the page acts like it has submitted correctly and redirects to the front-end but it does not save the post or upload the image.
