[Plugin: Post From Site] How to keep default posting capabilities for user roles

I’m trying to make it so authors that use the form can publish but contributors create a post as pending. Ultimately what I’d love to have is the ability to allow any member to publish posts after 2 posts were approved. Any ideas on how to accomplish this?
