[Plugin: Post Author] Default post author

    This was asked previously but didn’t get any replies.

    Looking for a way to set a default post author.

    Most posts on my news website are written by ‘Cork Student News’; like the other asker below, if I forget to accredit a post under that name it often goes to someone unwanted, particularly to ‘admin’.

    So being able to set the poster as the default one would be very helpful.

    I am not sure this is related to the POST AUTHOR plugin. Default authors and all such options are handled by WordPress. The plugin ONLY displays whatever the author for a post is. Author management is built in WP.
