• Hello-

    I am using your premium plugin. I have an issue where intermittently something is running on my website that is maxing out my server resources and causing 503 – errors “server is exepriencing capacity issues”.

    I am looking at the Queries by component and your plugin by far has more queries than any other – 26 total. The other plugins average around 3-5 queries.

    Our I/O usage, Physical Memory, and CPU usage are all maxing out. The site is free of any malware and our traffic numbers are small so I have a feeling its a plugin causing the issue and yours jumps out at me when I look at the reports.

    Can you please advise? Is there a way to optimize your plugin performance for hosting environments? Thanks so much. We are on a shared hosting plan BUT not a basic shared hosting. We have 1GB of physical memory and 1MB per second of I/O usage. Considering the size and scope of the site our hosting resources should be fine but I will wait to hear your thoughts.

    Thank you!

  • Funny you should post this now… because I’m actually having the same issue pop up on a few admin pages.

    do you happen to have WPBakery / VisualComposer installed?

    right now, specifically:
    tab=jetpack&wcj-cat=products&section=product_custom_info
    tab=jetpack&wcj-cat=products&section=product_input_fields
    tab=jetpack&wcj-cat=products&section=product_listings

    the only lines in the error logs are from VisualComposer:
    PHP Notice: Undefined offset: 0 in /js_composer/include/classes/core/class-vc-base.php on line 483
    PHP Notice: Trying to get property ‘ID’ of non-object in /js_composer/include/classes/core/class-vc-base.php on line 483
