plugin position in menu

please move the plugin position in the backend menu. It would be much better in Settings-> Sg Optimiser than cluttering up the interface. A single tabbed page in Settings can achieve exactly the same thing.

I know plugin devs like to have their plugin name in front of users and thus position it as you have, but once set, it would be rarely used, especially with the flush button available at the top of page.

People using this plugin know they are on SiteGround, and really don’t need the clutter or reminder.
