[Plugin: Portable phpMyAdmin] Fatal Error all to a member function add_shortcode()

    I receive the following error when trying to view the Portable PMA screen:
    Fatal error: Call to a member function add_shortcode() on a non-object in /home/myweb123/public_html/wp-content/plugins/contact-form-7/includes/shortcodes.php on line 174

    I’m assuming based on the error that it is conflicting with the Contact form 7 plug in but how can I get it resolved?
