[Plugin: Popup Dialog Box] Enable/Disable Button for Editor

Great plugin. +5 stars from me.
Just a small request… would it be possible to add an enable/disable option? Obviously Admin can activate/deactivate via Plugins, but we would like to install this for a client so he can turn it on/off himself, but we only give Editor level access to clients.
