[Plugin: Pop Your Notes] more control

Thanks for a great plug-in. Is there a way to control how many times pop-up occurs, i.e. limiting pop-up to once. Also, since I’m using aa template for my home page, e.g. home-template.php that contains no posts, pages, could I somehow use a conditional statement to detect home-template.php.
