[Plugin: Polldaddy Polls & Ratings] Restrict Comment Rating to Admin Only

How can I make admin the only account that can rate user comments? I want to run a contest where user can submit their entries via comment and only admin can rate their entries using Polldaddy Ratings. Thank you in advance. I have no experience in PHP or other language except HTML and CSS.
