[Plugin: Polaroid Gallery] IE8 Display Thumbnails squished

  • Try removing:

    img {
    max-width:100%;
    }

    from style.css. That seems to causing it.

    Need some help here. I was using Polaroid Gallery, using Mozilla Firefox, chrome everything works fine. But when i tried using IE8, everything messed up, the alignment, as well as the effects. Here is my link. https://www.boysaway-carping.com/catch-gallery/

    your theme forces IE to be in IE7 Compatibility Mode.
    “<meta http-equiv=”X-UA-Compatible” content=”IE=EmulateIE7″ />”

    IE7 can’t display any nice effects and it will not overlap those images, but the alignment seemed to be workin properly. If you remove that X-UA-Compatible meta tag, IE8 should work a bit better.

    Thank you for the immediate feedback janisto. I had remove the X-UA-Compatibile meta tag and it seems to work better but still it is not as what we can see on the Mozilla browser. Is their any thing else that i need to do so it will look the same?
