Is the “Use HTML5 tags:” (podPress Players Settings) activated? Have you change that setting recently?
Have you switched the Flash Player of podPress? (You are using the 1PixelOut player. Have you used the other player before?)
Which web browser do you use on your current Android phone? (Which version?) Have you used always the same web browser? (As far as I know it, it is possible to use various web browsers on Android devices.)
It would also be important if you could describe the problem with more details than “The PodPress use to play …”. What do you mean by “the podPress”? The Play button or the player below the text of a post with an podcast episode? Is the player visible? Does it react when you click/touch the play button?
Or do you click/touch on the rectangular mp3 icon instead and nothing happens?
