[Plugin: Plugins] Does contact form 7's forms should be submitted only once by same user?

hello all,
i am using contact form 7, db extension too. i have 5-6 forms which shows in sequence. i want that these forms are submitted only once by one user.
OR
if the user fills the form again then it updates the previous details.
How can i do it.
