[Plugin: Pinoy Pop Up on Exit] No Edit Box Appears After Installation

I have tried downloading this multiple times. I have looked all over my dashboard for the edit box. I read on a previous thread it would be located below the pages or post drop down, however I’ve had no such luck. I checked my footer code and found <?php wp_footer();?> I can not figure out why I can not see the edit box? Please help.
