[Plugin: Pierre's Wordspew] Errors

Hi rubens.fernando,

it seems that your wp-config.php file (at the root of your install) have not been correctly modified. When you try to access it shows the signs ??? that typically proove that the file have not been save in UTF-8 without BOM ;).
So, to correct this, you should downlod Notepad++ from here, locally edit your file by precising the UTF-8 without BOM format (in Encoding menu) ; re-save it, then re-upload it to your server ;).

Hi Pierre, I’m having a similar problem to Rubens.

I have now used notepad++ to save wp-config.php as UTF-8 without BOM

This has not fixed my problem.

The shout box displays however the messages don’t appear.

Please if you could take a look I’d be most thankful. (https://www.hypaculture.com) I asked a programmer at work who was clueless as to the problem.

i had a look on your blog and i’ve made a test… Without any success :(. No ajax error, no javascript error. So i made a test with javascript disabled the process stop at page wordspew.php…
So, for the moment, i haven’t found what the problem is…
Have you try to deactivate all your extensions except the shoutbox, made a test, then re-activate them one by one doing a test at each plugin re-activation ?

Keep me inform. From my side i’ll try to explore more deeply what could be the problem.
Sorry, but for the moment i have no solution :(.

PS. Does the number of spams increase ?

I setup a test server, https://64.56.64.156/ Fresh install still no change. The spam count doesn’t increase.
