[Plugin: Pie Register] Force Paypal payment for some members

  • I’ve enabled the Paypal Gateway in Pie Register and it seems to be working ok. I would like to divide up my site users into two groups; a Group#1 that is free, and a Group#2 that must pay a subscription fee. The Custom Field, Extra Options allowed be to set up the two groups on the registration page, so the users can select the radio button for the group they would like to register under.

    My question is this. Is there a way to charge the subscription to Group#2 only? Both groups are forced to pay a subscription and there doesn’t seem to be any way limit which group pays. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  • I would too like a function like this.

    Eg, USer is able to choose the role of their membership “free member” or “premium member”
    If user chooses “Premium Member” they will have to fill in the PayPal info…

    Any idea how to do this?

    PS: Any idea how to add a field so they have the choice of their user role?
