[Plugin: Pie Register] Blank page after Saving Changes

Hello. I have this problem, i had it too with Register Plus right after i added some bad CSS to the custom register CSS. After this problem, i de-activated the plugin and installed Pie Register, all was working fine until the same thing happen, but this time i don’t know what is the problem.

Anyone knows how to fix this?
