[Plugin: Pie Register] 1.2.8 (beta) Bugs: Password Strength Indicator | Additional Fields Disappear

This plugin is fantastic, but I’ve a couple of things I really could do with some help to solving.

Password Strength Indicator.
Try as I might I cannot get the password strength indicator to work on the registration page with the new version of WordPress 3.3.1.

It always stays on the grayed out ‘Too Short’ message when entering test into the password fields.

I’ve explored most of the fixes that people have claimed have worked in the past with , but none look to be having any impact.

Additional Fields Disappear.
Also additionally created fields disappear if you save Pie Register settings on any of the other admin pages, such as the Presentation Settings page.
