Plugin: PICS not working with me

I am trying to use tiafo‘s PICS Plugin.

so far i have tried to use it on localhost running uniform server and also on my web server. I have used the latest wordpress and the old version: 2.5 which was mentioned in this plugin itself.

but this plugin is still not posting the images correctly. It do create a new post with correct title but there is no image in it.

May it is not being able to make the correct code for the image insertion. because this link look like this ….

any one able to use this plugin ? if yes, please provide any guidance.

If tiafo team is listening, please provide the required support
