[Plugin: PHPLeague] Weird Leagues Rules

Again in South America we have kind of weird rules. For example in Brasil the Champion of the Copa do Brasil goes to Libertadores. How can i put it in the ranking? Because it afects the number of teams that goes to the continental competition. Same happens if a brazilian team wins the Libertadores.
Last year it happened that Santos wont it and already had the ritgh to play libertadores the next year without staying among the 4 first teams. Beside that Vasco was second and was the champion of “Copa do Brasil” wich opened a position for Libertadores for the 5th team in the league…
Is there a way to handle this with PHPLeague?
