[Plugin: PHPLeague for WordPress] PHPLeague and Cyrillic

    The plugin does not allow to enter Cyrillic characters. Anywhere else. Neither the names of the leagues or clubs names, or names of players. It’s very sad – plug-in use, unfortunately, impossible!

    The idea: is it really necessary to check the validity of which are set in the plugin? Still, the user knows what he is doing and what name to type. Why overload the plug more than functional? Especially, if it interferes with its use?

    If this deficiency is corrected, I can take up translation plug-in Russian.

    I’m gonna take care of that (it takes majors characters but maybe not Cyrillic).

    I will simplify the system during this holidays.

    Just keep in mind that I add the features I need and I know people need too. I will probably add an advanced section where you can “customize” the plugin but out of the box it will work too.
