[Plugin: Personal Fundraiser] List Pages not working

Hello,

I’ve installed Personal Fundraiser and am having trouble getting the cause and campaign list pages to work. It worked fine before, but recently they stopped working. The pages have the correct slug and I added the short codes to the correct page. If I go to the page is simply reads “No Results Found The page you requested could not be found. Try refining your search, or use the navigation above to locate the post.” instead of listing the causes and campaigns.
