[Plugin: Permalink Editor] Non latin characters problems

    Hi,

    There is some additional support for non latin chars in the latest version (0.2.12), however only minimal testing has been performed.

    This version should solve a number of problems, including the one described here (however it will not be url encoded any longer and will look like “?????-??????.html”.
