[Plugin: PayPal Donations] Hide Business name on PayPal screen

    I have a business account with PayPal and when people donate my company name comes up in big bold print at the top of the screen. Its a bit of a turn off. Is there a way to suppress the company name, or replace it with another (perhaps trading name)? I can’t see in anyway of solving the problem ob PayPal site. I believe this would be an issue for many people.

  • Yes, others (like me) also have this problem.

    I called PayPal and was told that the only thing you can do is to cover the text up with an image under the selling tools.

    My Accounts / Profile / My Selling Tools / Custom Payment Pages / Add

    Thanks for your post. Similarly the only solution I could find was to add a banner image as I have noticed other people do, although I found Paypal a bit cumbersome and gave up. I will have another go using your map as time allows. It would be a lot easier if Paypal gave the option of using trading name rather than company name.
